I get hot and sweaty on my periods so yeah it helps me cool off. I hate the AC though cuz otherwise it gets too cold.

Sometimes the pain is too much and the stimulation from the the fabric is just UGH.... so I put on temporary sheets and sleep naked.

Ideally the AC would be open, I sleep naked whilst being hugged by my hubby for warmth.
