I don't, waste of time. And then you eat it in 10 minutes max. I barely even eat for leanmaxxing

Since i use a wood cookstove and cast iron/pressure cookers, i basically do basic french dishes like beef/deer stews with vegetables or stuff like gratin dauphinois w/cream, onions etc.
I just put the ingredients together, put it on the stove and i go outside without worrying it's gonna burn.

When i do something else like omelette or italian dishes, it needs more extra caution and attention tho

Rn since it's winter, gratin dauphinois and beef stew like i've mentionned

All year around i would pizza, pasta dishes etc
