Poll Do you look better in selfies or mirror or back camera pic?

I genuinely want to kms every time I take a selfie, I need my selfie stick otherwise it looks bad?
Back camera + 2m distance kinda matches the mirror, dslr photos with a 75-135mm looks the best but not like real life.
I see a lot of people who can just take a selfie and look good.
Is this normal or just unlucky genetics?

I enjoy to take selfies more, as whenever I take mirror pics I always look to the side and it kind of makes me look goofy, I also dont like how the phone isnt centered on my face so I feel like I'm frauding.

true I feel like you need really good lighting to match the mirror, shadows are harsher and focal distortion is brutal sometimes

try taking a video or movie if you have an iphone, then find a good frame and ss it, beats the 100 selfie approach

instead of obsessing over pictures, that mess up with your ratios (your midface is longer, your nose is bigger, lighting might create shadows that worsen your overall look, etc) you can just go outside and see how people of the opposite gender react to/treat you. your rating is how women (assuming ur a man) treat you irl, in motion.
