I'm cut and so is my son. I was done with a blade and no anesthetics, but my boy was done with a "bell" tied tightly around the tip of his pecker cutting the circulation from his foreskin. The bell fell off in a week or so. I'd have preferred them do it the same way I was done but apparently this is the way they do it nowdays.
