Slimming down your nose would be higher ROI. If you have a lot of prevalent sebaceous filaments in your nose, accutane can help shrink it. If you don't, or if you aren't happy with the shrinkage you got from accutane, you can look into using hydrocortisone.

Only after trying to slim down your nose is it worth cutting your lips. You don't know how how much you need to cut them to be in proportion with your nose once it shrinks

I mean I just already have hydrocortisone on hand. I have to get prescribed Accutane unless I’m tryna order it online and get it through mom customs which I’m not really tryna do. My skin also isn’t bad at all so there wouldn’t be any reason for a doctor to prescribe me Accutane.
