Do you regret much

yes very often

Do you find you regret a lot of things long term or rather you regret them in the moment and for a short while after and then eventually end up in a place you are thankful u chose to do what you did because of where you are
It goes both ways

i still think about things i did 5 years ago. i feel regret in the moment and it lingers forever 😪

Why and how
Because even if my life is bad im still glad i got experience what i experienced and whatever i felt
circumstances can always change, but im grateful if i learnt anything from it

I would say yes. But honestly not in the way I'd anticipated. I usually think ill regret doing things because I'll make a mistake, but really I've found i usually regret not doing things. It's like I'm waiting for my life to start. I gotta do more things and worry later man

regret is silly i don't care about bad things i cant change

No

Wouldn’t this just be a bad situation regardless of what you choose then
Surely not every decision you make is the worse one
well some things were out of my control and some were not but ultimately due to my brain and how it developed since i was young, i don't actually think any of it was ever in my control or that it was a choice, it can't really be a choice if you are pre-conditioned to make that choice due to your experiences since you were a boy.

Also i have had quite a few prescient/precognitive dreams, i have dreamt about things that would then come true and happen in the future whether it was days, weeks, months or even year(s) later, my sister also has precognitive dreams a lot and hers a lot more wild, it makes you think right? time not being linear, our consciousness coming from a different place, etc.

You’re thinking of emeraldglass I imagine, @Incognito

Interesting perspective

close to mostly everything i have ever done

if I could go back I would change so much
This is what comes to mind too but as unhappy (?) with my life as I am now I’ve had experiences and met people I wouldn’t want to go back and have never had/never met

And who knows, maybe going back and choosing what I believe to be the better option would leave me worse off

Why do you say that though
