I wasn't prescribed, I always left therapy whenever they tried to diagnose me so that I could keep a clean slate, I be stealing that shit from a family member, I do it once in a while

So it does help with this, they gave me schizo meds once (I don’t have schizo diagnose or signs, I have insomnia , Adjustment disorder and dysthymia) and they made me feel like a zombie so I felt less sad and angry because I was too tired to feel anything

It’s not a benzo at all , it’s a atypical antipsychotic..
I don’t know how you can fix it naturally I think it alters your chemistry .
I’ve been dealing with insomnia since in around 6 years old

yeah I used to take max dose Prozac but it’s since been lowered and used to take risperdal. I hate when people villainize all psych meds. I know it’s rare but I had barely any side effects and they practically cured me and when I tried going off it got bad again so I’ll probably be on them for a while

There is no such thing as mental health. Psychiatry and Psychology is a scam used by lobbyists to brainwash and rob people.

I avoid psychiatrists because I know they will prescribe me medicines.
