How much bodyfat in your opinion? Why you think my face look that much fat and bloated. Some years before with same bodyfay i think my face are more lean. Maybe bodyfat distribution chage with age?

10% would definitely give you a leaner face, people's best looks tend to range from 10% to 15% bodyfat so you have to find what works for you

Eu acho que nao. Lisboa e porto sao os melhores sitios porque são sitios turisticos. Tinder em Lisboa e bom eu ja consegui um bom numero de sexo atraves dele mas nao ao vivo
