It depends on your face.

Both long and short hair look good on you if you're already good-looking.

His har is pretty shitty-looking by modern-day standards (greasy and outdated style), but he's a mogger.

Short hair doesn't really nerf him.

I think if you've got good features, showing them off a bit more with shorter hair that doesn't hide your face is a good idea.

But since most people aren't Chads or practically flawless, they'd need hair that can hide some of their poor features (hair to hide UEE, or unideal ears, etc.)
