Does an hour on the stair stepper actually work?

I did an hour on the stair stepper and lost almost 700 calories and I’m on it rn as I’m posting this but like is it actually useful?

Calories counter device are always overexaggerating on cardio machines, consider that just half of those "700 calories" got really burned
 
what if I put my body weight and height is it still that far off or closer

Burns calories Like Crz+ debloats u
Rlly good for cutting but dont do to much, 3 Times a Week and if u want more cardio then Go for Runs or try out swimming

I don't have the exact references of the calories burned per machine used so just consider that overall low-cardio burns calories but not as much as what the machines pretend to say
