I did running for my club at school but its summer break now, I've been lazy at home and want to do it as a hobby now but the weather keeps getting hotter and I've never run in a heatwave before or above around 26 degrees.

Any tips 🤔
embrace the weather and the heat caused by modernism and die of a heat stroke for me

I did track for school but I quit the team because my coach made me run a mile for warmups even though I did 100m

No one tall enough for volleyball in slums of Mumbai
hardly anyones tall enough in america
all the incoming freshmen boys are either 6'2 or like 5'2, hopefully we get a bunch more recruits this year tho

honestly as a male i wish they added this as a male sport in schools! I really enjoyed the game and was actually good at it
Is it not a male sport in your school?
My school made the boys team very recently so it's quite small, that's the reason I was able to get into varsity.

I used to like doing it years ago, especially satisfying doing so with my Dad around town.

My parents brought a treadmill because even though everyone in my family likes to run theyd rather subject themselves to staying indoors than going out with me.

hii!! look, i run during the day in winter and at night in summer. if you're a beginner start with 3/5km, no more. then you can increase it later. good luck!!!

i don’t like running tbh i used to do it a lot
just walk a lot it’s peaceful

running makes you more hungry, you’re more likely to consume a larger amount of ‘calories’ to compensate. trust i’ve been there
ooo I never actually knew this tbh I dont eat too much bc I live in an ingredient house but when I go back to school I'll remember this
