Does anyone else gain weight in winter/spring?

I feel like I am naturally inclined to bulk and then end up not as lean. Anyone else feel this or am I just not as disciplined

Last year in winter I gained shit ton of weight as well

Usually from as much as i know during spring and winter our body is not adapted to the surroundings so its harder for it to accomplish specific things, which probably one of those things could be digestion, which leads to gaining weight

I always gain weight in summer and lose weight in winter

Somewhat amount of fat under chin rn my jaw is still good but fuck

Also I’m not exercising at much which is fucking me, gonna have to exercise on my trip

That works for me on trips although I can’t normally
 
Try gum and water to prevent urges
I just haven't decided to diet yet
If i decide i will do it easily my mind won't budge

But food is a sacrifice am not willing to make
Also indian diet is sheit and i can only get protein from soy granules for cheap (non veg is outta budget)

Protein from only soy is brutal
 
Do chicken fish then if you can those are still good

This is what i will eat 225 gms daily and i will get 115 gm protein for 50 ₹ but for 800 kg chicken i would have to pay 180 ₹ which give me around 200 gm protein




So with the soy it takes 100 while for chicken 200 rupees for the same amount of protein

(Rough estimates except for soy price)

Those are good prices though or is it just by country location
Idk the prices these are what i think they would but u know bout inflation right

I know the soy as it comes packed
 
we are bears getting fat in the winter for storage
animals eat a shit ton bc in the upcoming cold months there wont be anything
also there is less to do due to the weather, and also seasonal depression will demotivate you

Seasonal depression is another thing I forgot but yeah it’s hard to stay lean on winter

Maybe because your overall movement and activity levels are lower, holidays like Christmas and New Year’s Eve people tend to pig out, you might be wearing more covering clothes that lead to lower self consciousness

Some possible explanations
 
If you have Caucasian in your it's pretty normal. I definitely noticed higher body fat in the winter. And most of the white people I know. That is of course if your not dieting.

I feel if I walk more though I will be just fine.
