Usually from as much as i know during spring and winter our body is not adapted to the surroundings so its harder for it to accomplish specific things, which probably one of those things could be digestion, which leads to gaining weightI feel like I am naturally inclined to bulk and then end up not as lean. Also indian diet is sheit and i can only get protein from soy granules for cheap (non veg is outta budget)

This is what i will eat 225 gms daily and i will get 115 gm protein for 50 ₹ but for 800 kg chicken i would have to pay 180 ₹ which give me around 200 gm protein
So with the soy it takes 100 while for chicken 200 rupees for the same amount of protein
(Rough estimates except for soy price)

Seasonal depression is another thing I forgot but yeah it’s hard to stay lean on winterwe are bears getting fat in the winter for storage
animals eat a shit ton bc in the upcoming cold months there wont be anything
also there is less to do due to the weather, and also seasonal depression will demotivate you
Maybe because your overall movement and activity levels are lower, holidays like Christmas and New Year’s Eve people tend to pig out, you might be wearing more covering clothes that lead to lower self consciousnessLast year in winter I gained shit ton of weight as well
Yea I may need to start dietingIf you have Caucasian in your it's pretty normal. I definitely noticed higher body fat in the winter. And most of the white people I know. That is of course if your not dieting.
if you fidget alot that can add alot to your total calories burned through out the day, like tapping your foot a 1000 times a few hours. just throwing that out there.I feel if I walk more though I will be just fine.
