does anyone else listen to everything at a concerning volume?

no i normally listen on very low volume i want to protect my ears 🥺🥺

my doors always shut to my bedroom tho so my tv and phone are loud

but when people hear my tv they're confused why shits so loud or ask me to turn my phone down

i dont watch tv often when i do it has to be quiet bc its really late usually i never use phone volume only rarely
 
i keep getting the iphone notification telling me to turn it down because i might die or something nothings happened yet
