Info Does the universe have a purpose?

We live in a small place on a vast planet, which lies among other planets in our solar system, a system that belongs to a galaxy with around 200 billion stars just one galaxy among billions that exist in the observable universe alone. We feel a bittersweet sensation as we try to comprehend these vast scales. the whole biblical evidence thing is about how Jesus was witnessed preforming miracles before all of the new testament was written, so he exist before the bible was even finish. if spiderman was witness before the book was finished he still wouldnt be real for a number of reasons. I

read it, good thoughts, point is things could be misunderstood, the Bible does not teach that there is an old man in the sky poining at us, just common morals to which every single human being is at knowledge of (however they've been grown up), that affect our conciousness and the way we feel about ourselves.
the reason why I mainly believe in the Bible and its words is that if you study in detail evelutionist biology you realise that there is no reason why such system of morals should have ever existed, and in the first place, be so rooted in our brains. Because there is no reason why you shouldnt kill another being for "morals" in nature, since the only thing that affects our doings is status and our need to survive.

there's more to say but i cant say it all here so if you want i can share you my opinions somewhere else
 
I don’t really believe in God, I believe more so in just a creator who doesn’t care. I don’t really get the idea of Christianity. Suffer on the earth which is guaranteed to us to thrive in heaven that isn’t guaranteed to us? Faith is for gamblers.

Wdym suffer on earth, also if someone is christian then how is heaven not guaranteed according to his viewpoint

hold on, God doesnt PUT us in shitty situations, he just was told he was preferred to stay out of them, and therefore isnt going to make everyones life perfect all at once because all those years ago a gesture was made proving that humanity wanted an option to choose him or not. Those who accept God into their life face struggles as a result from the ignorance of the first two humans, and there are certain battles God distinctly wont pull you out of in order to mold you.

Well the blame isnt on God in Christianity for the reason that humans suffer. And if you see faith as a gamble I cant really say much to change your mind because on paper thats what it is

Jesus himself said that as Christians there is trouble in the world and you should hold faith.

“In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” - John 16:33

Also, he says that if you don’t belong to this world (ie having faith and rejecting earthly desires) you will be hated by this world.

“If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you.” - John 15:18 - 19

Belief doesn’t equal an absolute truth. I could believe whole heartedly in the earth being flat, doesn’t mean it’s true.

Being Christian isn’t even enough. Jesus criticised and will throw away the lukewarm Christians.

“I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth.” - Revelation 3:15 - 16

You do realize God gave us that system in order to feel the feelings he was feeling for all of time before and after right? 😭 we are modeled after him, emotions are distinctly human either because animals have emotions. This isnt a really goodtake man

Most think that what jesus means by this lukewarm statement is that, People abuse christianity for their ego. They go out and do terrible things to come home and barely even repent like its a routine. If you do this consistently without actually making God apart of your life youre lukewarm. It isnt so much "if you do bad things and good things and it equals out thenn i dont like u buddy" the rest is amazing though

Das kinda bad, bud.

Can't really argue from those definitions when god is defined as above humans, omnipresence, omniscience, omnipotence.

Kinda implies god not needing human faculties like neurons to process or feel.
