No they don’t migrate in the same way. Once the fat cell gets enough blood supply it stays in place. Filler does whatever the hell it wants, the migration risk is higher with it, and grafting is actually permanent

Suborbital Implants+Fat Grafting mogs imo
(suborbital implants can be paired with zygo implants rlly good, idk how Ur zygos Look tho. But Zygo Implants also bring extra suport for Ur undereyes)
