Does anyone here play instruments?

Played the trumpet for 4 years. It got boring and I didn’t have the motivation to play. The teacher always told that my trumpet wasn’t sounding good and I should blow more. I didn’t know what to do, but I actually found out what was the cause…. It was me having the correct tongue posture that led me to playing bad 😭 I always put the tounge on the roof of my mouth so the airflow was blocked lmao. I regret quitting….
