you kinda have to have them naturally but i accentuate them by putting brown eye shadow specifically in the crease, brown puppy liner, long bottom lashes so like just mascara, brown in the upper waterline

also a lot of people say put white/beige in the lower waterline but that doesnt tend to do much
if anything dont do paper white just a neutral skin tone color

i naturally have pretty big round doe eyes and a lot of people say theyre creepy or weird looking
most like them tho i think theyre cute

its genetic bro, just get surgery for like eye shape and if you have anything that isnt dark brown it isnt really gonna get the doe eyes look, just reincarnate and hope for the best
