I already know about going to an orthopedist and then a physical therapist or chiropractor, but how can I reverse an asymmetry that has already been established due to poor posture? For example, one side of the face is larger than the other. In this case, healthy habits or jaw correction are ineffective, and correcting posture may not reverse the asymmetry due to advanced age. Does anyone know a solution in this case? I think it's a good question.
