I know everyone says it's becoz of fat loss/wrinkles/whatever, but nothing I come across seems to address the underlying bone structural changes and asymmetry. They all have super prominent cheekbones and square jaw, that latter's prob from tooth and muscle loss sure. But there's no mistaking there's something in the bone structure that changes too that's not just fat loss making it look more pronounced compared to the rest of the face.

The cheekbones are clearly wider. Does anyone know why/have any theories? Maybe calcium just kind of builds up there becoz the rest of the face is being contorted with motion but why

**Edit: check out 1st methface, before and after. face seems more *convex. Nose bigger, cheekbones wider, philtrum longer, eyes puffier. brow line less pronounced, overall more androgenic face. Why do you suppose this is

planning to smoke meth?

subtle foreshadowing clav in the next 6 months

don't do meth/stims unless you want to have jaw problems for the rest of your life

and probably osteoblast activity from severe malnourishment

looks like water retention

also ew look at their teeth after

Another reason why stims are not the way to do it. Now if ur like me and ultimately care about results more than health, I hope this will be convincing.

Teenage years. Abused variety of adhd meds. Bite became asymmetric, thought nothing of it, then it started showing up in photos. Stopped at 18, and by the end of college bite was back to normal and both side profiles are matching again, but I was mewing every day for years. Then I started stims again daily for around a month and kept upping the dose, the asymmetry in jaw returned (not visible tho thank god) and I'm pretty sure it's a localized occlusal/TMJ issue. Nothing serious enough to be transverse asymmetry, but it proprioceptively feels like it, and I'm pretty sure it just creeps up on you if you keep using and turns u meth face, gets harder to correct the older you get too. Mewing is also harder than it used to be. Like the muscle memory is there, but it doesn't cement as procedural the same way it did when I was younger. No more stims for around half a year now, but my jaw is still off-kilter.

Just do IF and exercise, or get on GLP-1s. Insulin resistance is what u should be targeting, not CNS. If you do use stims, don't make it a habit and don't pick meth/coke
