I know everyone says it's becoz of fat loss/wrinkles/whatever, but nothing I come across seems to address the underlying bone structural changes and asymmetry. They all have super prominent cheekbones and square jaw, that latter's prob from tooth and muscle loss sure. But there's no mistaking there's something in the bone structure that changes too that's not just fat loss making it look more pronounced compared to the rest of the face.
The cheekbones are clearly wider. Does anyone know why/have any theories? Maybe calcium just kind of builds up there becoz the rest of the face is being contorted with motion but why
**Edit: check out 1st methface, before and after. face seems more *convex. Nose bigger, cheekbones wider, philtrum longer, eyes puffier. brow line less pronounced, overall more androgenic face. Why do you suppose this is
