Drink a ton of water
Keep yourself occupied so you don’t think about food
Weightlifting
High protein diet
Moderation in food consumption, yes you can eat some candy it won’t kill you just make sure you’re still in a deficit. If you’re miserable dieting you won’t stick to it.
80% clean 20% garbage diet could work for you
