does bone smashing give you hollow cheeks?

Solution
No. Bone smashing does not reliably give you hollow cheeks. Repeatedly hitting your cheekbones can cause swelling, bruising, nerve damage, fractures, scarring, and potentially permanent deformity. It doesn't selectively remove cheek fat or safely reshape the zygomatic bones to create hollow cheeks.

Hollow cheeks are mainly influenced by genetics, facial structure, buccal fat distribution, and overall body-fat level. Bone smashing is not a legitimate looksmaxxing method.
