By theory it does work. And if done correctly you can get the results you want, however it’s extremely embarrassing to be walking outside after willingly smashing ur bones in with a solid object to try and achieve something that somebody has naturally. If you are even considering bone smashing. I’d already assume that you are beyond gone in terms of insecurity. You do not need to harm yourself to meet unjust beauty standards. Have faith in who you are as a person and what you look like. Don’t fall for the Jewish propaganda of smashing your face up.
