Does bonesmashing work?

Mark solution the check on the right
Yes it does because it creates micro fractures in the area you are Bonesmashing which causes it to grow back slightly projected but it’s more fragile because you still have the same amount of bone mass spread across a larger area. For it to be seen well you’d have to do it for a while typically 1-2 times a week

I looked it up and it doesnt seem to have much supporting evidence.
Yes it does work.
Light Blunt Impact / Trauma ➔ Micro-Vascular Disruption ➔ Swelling (Edema) & Inflammatory Cytokine Release
➔ Activation of Fibroblasts & Myofibroblasts ➔ Synthesis & Deposition of Collagen (Type I & III).
So it is just fibrosis. And it gives a little bit of mms not that big of a change, and there is a chance of assymetry.
