I used to have pretty bad acne like 3 years ago and got a bottle then stopped using it when my skin cleared up and I got a spot under my chin, after I shaved I put the cream on it and it’s the day after and my lip is genuinely burning someone help

Just buy a new one to be sure, usually it's okay if you leave it unopened at a good temperature but please buy a new one in that case

they have 1 year shelf life after opening (most CeraVe products)

Cerave is a trap. The trick is that it gives you more acne so you keep buying. Cycle repeats.
