Does death scare you

Ideally I would die in my sleep tonight.

The worst part about death is not being able to see your loved ones again and how much it would destroy their lives, It doesn’t scare me though. It seems kind of peaceful knowing you wouldn’t have to worry about that shit after death.

the actual act of dying not at all but a painful death yeah
I do worry about what happens after i die tho

yes because i want to see what happens, thats my main reason for living ngl i just wanna watch the shitshow

No but I'm afraid of not achieving anything before death because you only get one try at life bro

Not really scared of death I don’t think fear helps at all life’s really short already why waste time worrying about the end and nothing really matters much we all die eventually and eventually we will all be forgotten so live to your fullest because it won’t matter in 200 years. Life is absurd so why stress about it. You can try being the best person , or you could do whatever you want but at the end we all die eventually and that’s just how it is

What scares me is the end. It could be an end of a series or end of a relationship.

There is some songs that have that ending vibe like titanium or 7 years
why does titanium have an ending vibe?

Ig it’s more of nostalgia but it reminds me of a time that ended
weirdly i have the opposite, most songs from the 2010s i cant really enjoy cus there too nostalgic and i hate the feeling of nostalgia but for some reason i dont get that with titanium

The thing that scares me is not really knowing what happens after maybe it’s just nothingness and maybe that’s peaceful or maybe not? The scary part is the unknown. It’s unavoidable and worrying about the end doesn’t change it and nothing really matters

Yea exactly I’m Cristian but what if the after life is without your loved ones and your just stuck in a white box or the void?

I think when you die it’s like how it was before being born it’s just nothingness no one remembers it and maybe deaths the same and I feel like that’s a reason for us to spend time with those we love and make the most of it while we can because no one knows what happens after death and you don’t wanna waste time thinking of things you should’ve done or said or thinking of things you could’ve done differently and like making sure your loved ones know their loved and appreciated while you still can cause your really never know when it’s your last time seeing someone

I hope that makes sense I’m half asleep and just waffling

I grew up as a Jehovah’s Witness. Then my dad told me about Charles T. Russell, ngl it made me want to kms.

I felt completely lost after that. Now I see a lot of religion as a coping mechanism. I still believe there’s some kind of higher power, but I think that relationship should stay private.

When you start sharing what you believe, people begin questioning you, bringing up things you never thought about before. That can make you overthink everything, get even more lost, and question what you can actually trust.

At the end of the day, a lot of it feels like it’s for sale people sell Bibles, they sell interpretations, they sell edited versions of the truth. It all starts to feel like a business.

I don’t think there’s completely nothing because that would make our time here on earth useless.

I think our souls go somewhere, that place however, is unknown. Although there is people who have technically died but doctors brought them back and they said they saw stuff so 😬

No the jw bible is obviously edited by the religions leaders but adaptations like new king James is historically accurate

The only reason I’m non denominational Christian tbh

That’s interesting I’ll do a bit of research on it and see what people say about it but it’s impossible to truly know what happens and maybe our souls do go somewhere we just genuinely don’t know

I just hope I die of natural causes
