I’m not gona let you cope- Your BMI is awful
The good news is you have an elongated philtrum, with raised cheekbones which means you can have prominent hollow cheeks.
The truth… your fat, you chin looks bulbous and your zygos are bubbly not from bone but from fat, you are mid to low LTN and that is never going to change at the BMI you are at now.
I wish only the best for you, but the world judges these things and if you don’t care enough to fix them you will always be treated the same.

I have not tricked my self into thinking that. I have been in a steady deficit since August and lost 70 lbs. I understand I am still below average to average. I’m asking if I have potential.

Yes, at you peak you can have a defined jawline with good chin projection and high set zygos, balanced-ish facial thirds and ideal facial fifths, it’s hard to see the specifics of your bones because of the fat but you could easily be MTN with hopes of low HTN just by cutting the fat and stoping the bloating, but if you get strong on top of that idek what the potential is there

Stop acting stupid you know your BMI by looking in a mirror if your stomach touches the mirror before your chin your fat. Use common sense and don’t count your BMI just loose weight. It’s hard and annoying and difficult, but if you want to ascend stop coping

I’m not disassociated with the fact that I have a very high body fat percentage and will continue to be in this deficit. I ask because I want to know if I have an enough muscle to just continue a slower deficit or speed up the deficit a little.

Ive been in a higher deficit on most days since December I would say. I drink water aswell as body armor zeros other than recreational drinks ofc. If I was an active person while at the peak weight do you believe I have a decent amount of muscle somewhere?

I have no problem with appetite suppression. I’m not trying to sound egotistical. Should I increase the deficit or is staying in a slighter deficit more ideal?
