For years now, everytime I hang out with friends, when I’m out in public, or when I’m at school, I’ve avoided cameras. I feel like I ruin the picture by being there. I stand so awkwardly, can’t even smile correctly, and can’t handle being in the picture at all. I don’t remember the last time I took a picture with people without feeling an empty pit in my stomach. Does it ever get better?

To be very honest, even if you look great it will never get better until you feel comfortable in your own skin. Mark as solution
