i want to get some skincare to help like at the "edge" of my nose? its oily and with a few redish pimples without heads idk the name but do specific pimple sorts require different skincare?

try talking to a dermatologist if its bothering you a lot
maybe try to use a vitamin C serum around the area and see how it goes
if it doesn't change you should defo go see a dermatologist bhai
