When I have crushes but like really deep crushes, i seem to lean down very fast, faster than normal. I've seen threads here explaining that if you feel high attraction to someone, your testosterone and other hormones that can increase bone mass, decrease cortisol and due to being the ideal partner, relating to natural instincts you improve in a short period of time, while it may seem like small improvements it is still improvements and in many cases girls notice them, so yeah the method might be to force yourself to have a crush. Though one downside is when feeling rejection, cortisol increases leading to rapid weight loss or weight gain and increase in acne. So just have a crush, but one you don't interact with as much, just enough to bring out your body's need to look better with a "possible mate" as it is in the animal kingdom.

I heard it grows your bone mass and makes it more prominent, not sure if its true though.

no.

there is increase in dopamine sure, but there's increase in norepinephrine and cortisol too (you said cortisol gets decreased, which is completely false)

there might be slight increase in testosterone but it's negligible (not enough to alter muscle/bone)

and there's no longterm mechanical load on bones or persistent increases in testosterone, IGF1 and GH so there'll logically be 0 changes in your bone structure.

just dont get rejected and u dont have to worry about the rejection tf
