if u want better zygos , u gotta bonesmash them both 50 time each side for like ,3 rep two time a day or 3 each day and u should know where and how
if u see that place hurts alot and became black-red-blue, stop but u will mostly feel it hurt after 3 day of doing it or more i don't remember but it worth it really.

literally worked for me after 2 days ive seen results my zygos are so obvious
hard mewing in ur teenage year can help with forward growth and it can save u from getting more recessed so its good too

No its not like u imagine it its genuinely gonna be a painful 1.5yr or more for no reason at all wider pallate doesn't mean wider maxilla i would recommend u getting it if you have breathing issues or narrow palate plus it would missup ur teeth so u will need braces afterward so think abt this way if you need it for health and breathing issues than visit a doctor and consider it if you wanna get it to look better than u wouldn't wanna do that because there are 100 more methods that are less painful and immediate results I mean sure marpe is gonna rotate ur zygos and expand ur pallate and maybe improve the tilt of the eye but i just wouldn't recommend it because I've been through it and it's not a looksmax if u don't need it if u already have a wide palate than it would literally do nothing
