I see mixed reviews on mewing and some people say its cope and some say it works

Mewing wont give you drastic changes in and of itself
Its part of many oral habits you shouldve been doing since childhood + early puberty
Yes, it does work, but dont expect it to change your face by itself if youre above the age of 13 and even if youre under, you still need to have good oral habits everywhere else
