I'm not so bad at singing so i wanna know whether mewing affects my vocal cord or vocal range...

I have a very deep really sexy voice.
Back when I didn't know about mewing my throat would often be full of mucus and when I tried to talk it would sound like a dying chicken.
I no longer have that problem.
While I don't think mewing effects the vocal cords it'll certainly help you use yours better
