Mewing only pervends da worst breathing inwards and slightly downwards with Ur nose is more important usally takes at least 1year to See some progres

Mewing alone doesn't help. But I'm guessing you alredy do some of the things related to mewing (chewing hard foods, fully chewing your food before swallowing, towel method, thumbpulling, etc)

All of the things listed above work. But mewing on its own doesn't help with CCW.
