I've been thinking about taking it out. I really love my nose piercing and I've had it for ~3 years. I feel like it might make my face seem even more asymmetric than it already is and I want to avoid that. Opinions?

Not much, barely makes a difference at all. At least it's not a septum piercing

no it doesnt and i dont think ur face is asymmetric
also symmetry is not super important, most ppl have slight asymmetry
