thread locked.
Not for all cases, I know someone who took minoxidil after suffering from alopecia and they just told me it caused them itching for a certain amount of time.

I woulld but like, Im soon actually getting a cat I don't wanna kill it yk? 🤔
we also have cats and I put mine when I'm about to go to bed and our cats live in a separate room never let them even touch a single drop of it

but is it like a big bloat or something maybe I can do something about it 🤔
depends on the dosage probably but it won't make your face looks like its swelling

I mean tbh I'll probably just take a very low dose cause I don't have alopecia and I'm not really norwooding cause it seems worth taking it from what I've seen or atleast I think

fair then, you could take it orally but it’ll be less effective compared to topical, and like bpirony said the side effects vary from person to person
Really? I thought oral was better than topical, but tbh prolky better oral so I won't kill my soon cat

Just having longer hair and hair eyelashes eyebrows in general
Get topical instead, for hair you can massage your scalp as it increases blood circulation on the scalp which will promote hair growth, kinda like what minoxidil does but for free.

Hm the thing is I would get topical but like if I'm getting a cat very very soon I don't wanna kill it

You can dye your eyebrows and curl your lashes

Yeah it will bloats you especially if you're a girl, it increases water retention because minox acts on the potassium channels anyways it's complicated

Theorically you can counter that side effect by increasing your potassium intake BUT if you're a girl you just do it for the brows/lashes so stick to topical

HM BUT WHAT IF I HAVE A CAT

HM BUT WHAT IF I HAVE A CAT
Buy a stainless steel ball roll-on to apply on the brows, a mascara wand for the lashes, so you don't have to use your hands, and let it dry for 30min and don't let your cat approach your face
