Is it because some 37 year old man told you it tastes like chocolate,so you lowkey have a placebo that raw liver tastes good it’s good no matter what and you force your mind to like the taste? Back when I experimenting with the raw primal diet a year ago,all liver tasted like shit and I barely found a difference between Walmart liver and non-antibiotic fed,grass fed liver.

No I quite like the taste of liver it tastes a little irony and sweet but the texture and smell is abhorrent

Blood in liquid form is quite good (compared to liver),I tried the blood of basically every known domestic animal ranging from cow to rabbit.

it doesnt really taste that bad its just the texture thats the problem for me i dont really eat liver often but last time were i didnt really eat liver and also didnt eat meat for like 2-3 weeks liver actually tasted good to me maybe this is a concidience idk

Probably just you getting used to it. I had H157:O7 E. coli at the end of the primal diet,it’s the reason why I couldn’t continue for another month,not a interesting fact but my kidneys almost failed and the last meal I ate was raw liver so nowadays I can barely get close to liver without gagging. Probably some trauma response
