Technically, cigarettes do raise testosterone levels. Before you get ahead of yourself, cigarettes raise "testosterone levels" because they cause inflammation (and other factors) which raises SHBG. When you have more SHBG, more testosterone is bound up consequently raising total testosterone. It is important to know that free testosterone remains the same or decreases meaning it is not a viable strategy. If would recommend exogenous testosterone. If you're unwilling to do that clomid or preferably enclomiphene can work but these are far less effective.
