one time my dads ex girlfriend locked me and my younger cousin in a bathroom for hours and told everyone it was an acicident

Probably the fact that I can physically feel pain in my dreams sometimes. I used to not feel anything at a younger age but now it is the complete opposite.

At some point in a nightmare, my stomach was sliced vertically and I just felt everything pour out and it was extremely warm and like I got the wind knocked out of me. 😭

Not constant, no. But when I get them they tend to be very dramatic and tedious. No matter how hard I try, I typically can't get away from whatever is after me. Also wound up with sleep paralysis twice.
damn i wonder so much how this feels, u should get some positive energy

sleep paralysis seems terrifying as fuck
you cant move and youre seeing genuinely scary shit
i havent experienced it but thats what i heard its like

Well, I can tell you that sleep paralysis feels a little different than how people depict it. I was able to move unlike how other people document their experiences, just VERY slow. It feels like the weight of 30 weighted blankets are on top of your body and wherever you go is restricted. I just tried turning away.

Strange thing about the nightmares is that some of the worst ones have come after a relatively positive day. So it's unpredictable.

It was because I kept trying to call for help from the other room and it was nothing but air? Like the wind got knocked out of you each time you try to say a word. 😭

I was actually on my back when it happened because I slept in the livingroom that night, haha. I kept trying to turn.
so it is true?

Idk if it's cringy but there was this tall figure in the end of the room nearly touching the ceiling and kind of looked like the creature from Boizvert for some reason even though I never really watched the series.
was it the boiled one
