For me nope, whenever i want to do something it always ends absurdly

I was gonna take out the trash today but the garbage bag got torn on my hand, afterwards my dad raged on me and i had to clean the whole garden

even when i want to cook, something always happens

when i want to help people i ended up doing something wrong, or explaining the context wrong in some sentences. This does not always occur, just in some statements that i make
