Does training orbicularis oculi muscle work as a softmax

I’ve seen so many opposing views on this and am now wondering if it works. Will strengthen my orbicularis oculi raise my lateral canthus, leading to a more positive canthal tilt. If so could you provide any science or study that supports your claim. I don’t want anything like “it worked for me.” I want studies regarding hundreds of people doing the experiment, because what if puberty or some other thing made your canthus tilt more positive.
