Does working out glutes make your butt stiff?

Training it makes it have more muscle, and muscles are 'harder' than fat, so yes in a way you're right.

You're overestimating how hard it actually would be though, just like any other muscle its pretty soft when you're not flexing it

muscle isnt rock hard when ur not flexing, thats why guys w big strong biceps have like jiggly arms when theyre relaxed. obviously if u work ur glutes ur butt will be more firm and “lifted” than before, but it wont necessarily be hard.

When you flex it will be super stiff otherwise not so much

This is a testament to how much fat distribution matters for women and you can’t build Whats top tier

You are describing mediocre gymbros at the bicep analogy but you’re more or less right with your main point
