I don’t care what you’re doing,if you’re not at least 30 minute sessions no matter which form, peripheral,auditory,vocal,movement based then you’re definitely a high inhib autist. I’ve unlocked low inhib + autism at the same time simply from anti-stressmaxxing stimmaxxing. Usually I prefer to walk around back and forth for about an 30m-1h till I’m completely satisfied and relaxed. If you choose options such as vocal,make sure to nuke your vocal chords and make your neighbor stab you with a box cutter specifically with this one:

Self harm?
stimming is a self soothing behavior done by people with autism most commonly,though people with ADHD can often find themselves also doing this.
 
i like chewing things and rubbing my foot on the floor and biting down very hard and tapping my face with knuckle 😎
