Would try to use corticosteroids to thinnen the fleshy nose( little risky ), lsoe fat, then htb/mtb after

You seem a bit bloated, try to cut out processed foods, get in some sort of cardio, even just walking will do wonders

You have some redness on your face as well, start using a topical vitamin C serum along with a non comedogenic cleanser and moisturiser, sunscreen as well

Try to start properly mewing and getting correct posture

If you implement all these things I think you could be quite good looking

You seem very young so don’t start considering and major surgeries rn

Also I can’t tell if you’re wearing makeup in the pic or not but try to go for the “no makeup” makeup look
