Double Jaw Surgery for aesthetics only – good candidate?

Just got my ceph x-rays done (side + front). No functional issues, bite, breathing, and chewing are fine. This would be purely for aesthetics.

Dropping the pics below. Based on what you see, do you think I’m a good candidate for jaw surgery, or would other options make more sense?

Doctor said that I am not a good candiate for the surgery, as there's no issues and not worth the risk.

i don't think it's worth the risk in your case, get something less invasive like chin liposuction instead
