Serious Double jaw surgery

Good evening lads,

I need help with certain things regarding my next steps to improve. I have already started my growth by at least having a decent physique. I just finished the bulk recently, and well, I have decided to reach out more to see. I will send pics in DMs ideally as well. I do not want to be public regarding it, but I believe I have a so-called bite level 3.(idk if this is the same with Americans as it is in the UK). I also have a very narrow upper jaw with ingrown teeth. What do i do from here, i could wait 2 years and get it done in the NHS or do it privately ( I have the money willing to spend on it)

U might need extra surgeries to fit the drastic change like cheek implants chin implants rhinoplasty lip lift or maybe not
