I have an 100% overbite, a small mouth opening (25-30mm) a narrow pallete and I THINK im recessed but idk if its just my overbite

Ive been researching double jaw for both cosmetic and functionality

If I dont care about my budget what would be the best country to get it done for both purposes

American or Italians. They have the best sterile room/equipment and best Doctors. Mostly cause they get paid like 3x more than anyone else

But, there's a longer waiting time too.
