Downward growth

Is mewing for few years only softmaxxing fix for downward growth or CCW rotation is required ,my gonial angle is 128 degree gonial and downward maxilla,i don't want huge changes i think 123-124 would be enough and I will get jaw angle implants, CCW rotation is invasive af

I prolly still have some growth left ,maybe from 128 degree to 125 degree and then get jaw angle implants for 120 degree
