droopy nose tip softmax

I have a droopy bulbous nose tip. I will use tretonin to shrink my nose size that is inflammed and retaining a lot of water because I have acne. But first I want to see if there isn t any softmax to fix it s ddroopu tip, it makes my nose look flat and big even tho I have a really good maxilla that is pushed forward and not recessed. Is there any softmax to fix it?

Go to a dermatologist, he or she will thin the skin on ur nose. But its just a side effect, especially since its used to treat pimples
