My split is a simple push pull arms split tbh if I’m feeling giddy I’ll train abs I haven’t trained legs since 2024 August walking around pretty much does the job for me just to make sure my leg muscles don’t shrivel up jfl

Incline Bench Press
Lateral Raises
Shoulder Press
Skullcrushers
Tricep Pushdowns

Pull -

Machine Rows
That machine in the gym for rear delts but it engages some back muscles so it’s chill
Bicep Curls + Drop Set
Chin Ups

Arms -
Concentration Curls
Preacher Curls
Shoulder Press
Arnold Press
Tricep Dips
Tricep Pushdown
Skullcrushers

Abs -
Bicycle + Reverse Bicycle
Russian Twists
Crunches + Half Crunches
Plank 1 minute
Used to do neck bridges but realized that was stupid so I just focus on isometric holds for my neck muscles

For every exercise I do 2xfailure, making sure I hit a minimum of 6 reps at least. I do PPL and then 1 or 2 day rest (if im busy) and i put core at the end of my leg workout. I try to do cardio on days on rest days but unfortunately been slacking off recently

I do upper lower and js skip lower so basically upper every other day

2 sets to failure for each exersize

Chest fly and incline smith for chest and front delt
lat raise for side delts
Unilateral tricep extension for triceps
Standing curls for biceps
Hammer curls for brachio
Lat pulldown for lats
And then a a cable row
